One at a time, send one or two of these people to train in AGI or END. Personally I use two Agility training rooms, since I always have 4 people training in A (FRONTLINEs, BACKUPs, QUESTERs, and EXPLORERs). Training: Your training rooms can just be 1x of each, fully upgraded, all in a single low floor (at least for a long time). You cannot heal Mr.Handy, but he does add to combat, and he costs a flat 2000 to resurrect every time.ġ0. Hopefully you've never passed up a challenge or quest that offers a Mr.Handy.

If you're doing very well on cash (i.e., never lower than 2000 caps spare, EVER), then assign a Mr.Handy to this floor. It should cost you about 8-10 Stimpacks per attack.ĩ. This means your 6 best-equipped fighters will get TWO rounds of combat, and it's rare that even one Deathclaw makes it to the next floor alive. If a Deathclaw attack is coming, they will attack like everyone else: left to right, but then BACK through your first room because they have to in order to get to an elevator. Rush the rooms occasionally if you're low.Ĩ. As you're staggering sending out explorers into the Wasteland and on quests, never let yourself get below 10 spare stimpacks.

Be sure you have at least two 3-wide fully-upgraded rooms making Stimpacks, and one full room making RadAway (that's a post for a different thread/day). END + level is what saves the rate at which you spend Stimpacks.ħ. A+E or A+L might be good options, but DPS is a combination of weapon stats + AGL. Equip the people in those rooms with your absolute best weapons, and Mechanic Jumpsuits (A+3) or better.

Plus 2 vs 3 fresh Deathclaws statistically sucks compared to 6 vs 3.Ħ. They gain nothing from being there, thus they gain you nothing. DO NOT waste people on the Vault Door room. Change the 4 second-room people's first names to BACKUP. Select and click (LS) to rename each one change their first name to FRONTLINE, and leave the last name (kudos to fellow XBA members for that tip!). The first room will hold 6, and the 2nd room will hold 4. Fill the rooms COMPLETELY with high-Agility, high-Endurance personnel. DO NOT build an elevator to the right of it either! (If you need to build an elevator just to help with rebuilding, that's fine, but then delete the elevator ASAP).Ĥ.

Put yet another food-generation room right next to it (2-wide). DO NOT build an elevator to the right of it.ģ. Build a 3-wide food-generation or clothing/weapons-generation room there, fully upgraded. (Build new, then delete the first one.)
